Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over for shells &cartilage
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. minced pickled Jalape-os
  • 1/4 lb Monterey Jack cheese w/ Jalape-os, grated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp warm sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 x mayonnaise
  • 2 ounce Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 x recipe Toasted Croutons

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350i. Combine crabmeat, garlic, Galapagos, Monterey Jack, Worcestershire, warm sauce, salt, & mayonnaise in a medium-size mixing bowl. Toss gently to mix. Spoon mix into a medium-size shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cheese proportionately on the top of the crabmeat mix. Bake till golden & bubbly, about 25 min. Remove from oven & let sit for about 5 min before serving w/ croutons.
  2. Makes 8 appetizer servings.
