- Sift flour once, measure, add in baking pwdr and salt; sift three times. Beat Large eggs with rotary beater till very thick (5 min). Add in sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add in the vanill or possibly lemon juice. Mix in flour, in small amounts. Add in warm lowfat milk and stir quickly till thoroughly blended. Turn at once into an ungreased 9 inch tube pan. Bake in moderate oven (350F) about 35 min. Remove from oven; invert pan one hour, or possibly till cake is cool.
