Receta Hot Mustard Potato Salad

- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water, covered, about 25 min or possibly till tender. Drain well. Peel and slice.
- Cook bacon till crisp. Drain; reserving 2 Tbsp. of bacon drippings in the skillet. Crumble bacon; set aside.
- Add in onion to skillet and cook till tender. Stir in sugar, flour, and mustard. Add in the water and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in bacon and potatoes. Cook about 5 min or possibly until warm, tossing lightly. Remove from heat. Toss with parsley. Serve at once.
