Ingredientes

  • 1 whl chicken, cut up
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
  • 3/4 c. K.C. Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Place chicken in a shallow glass dish or possibly large re-sealable plastic bag. Combine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili pwdr, salt, pepper and warm pepper sauce in small bowl; pour over chicken pcs. Cover dish or possibly seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hrs, turning several times.
  2. Cooking Instructions:Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Oil grids to prevent sticking. Place dark meat on grill 10 min before white pcs. Grill chicken for 30-45 min, turning once or possibly twice. Turn and baste with barbecue sauce the last 10 min of cooking. Chicken is done when meat is no longer pink by the bone, about 45 min.
  3. Serving Instructions: Remove chicken from grill and baste with barbecue sauce.
  4. Serves 4.
