Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Peanut butter (preferably the natural variety)
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar - (firmly packed)
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 x Fresh coriander sprig for garnish, if you like

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl whisk together well the peanut butter, the soy sauce, the lemon juice, the brown sugar and the cayenne. Transfer the sauce to a small serving bowl and garnish it with the coriander.
