Ingredientes

  • 2 c. white corn meal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 - 3 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • Crisco

Direcciones

  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Add in sufficient boiling water to make a stiff dough. Add in 1/4 - 1/2 cup lowfat milk to cool and mellow the dough so you can form into thick or possibly thin patties. Fry in hot Crisco till golden on each side. Serve hot.
