House Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sm Garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 1 x Scallion white and green parts cut into 1/8" rounds
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced

Direcciones

  1. Stir the salt into the vinegar. Add in the mustard and stir. Add in the pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Whisk or possibly shake in a tightly covered jar till blended.
  2. Can be prepared to this point up to 1 week ahead and refrigerated.
  3. Add in the garlic, scallion, and parsley. Shake well and serve.
  4. Can be prepared up to 1 hour ahead.
