Ingredientes

  • Tsouskes Oil for frying peppers
  • 1 lb Feta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil (olive, what else K.M.)

  1. Tsouskes are warm spicy peppers. Of course the best is green long peppers that grow only in Macedonia are extremely warm and very tasty.
  2. You fry them in oil, you peel their skin and you chop them into very small pcs. How many it depends on how warm they are and how spicy you can eat.
  3. After, you cut about 1 lb. of feta in to small pcs and you mix it with the peppers. Add in about 3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil. Work all the ingredients with the fork till it becomes a paste. Be careful: I said with fork. Not with food processor, not with goudhi. Just FORK.
  4. You are all set. Enjoy with bread or possibly crackers as appetizer.
