Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar, divided
  • 1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Cream softened butter; gradually add in 1/2 cup sugar, beating well. Add in egg; beat well.Put together 1 1/3 cups flour, baking pwdr, and salt; add in to the creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk, beginning and ending with the flour mix. Mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 8 inch square pan. Top with blueberries. Put together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and cinnamon. Cut 1/4 cup butter into cinnamon mix till it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 min. Yield: 6 servings.
