Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 8 Tbsp. Flour
  • 5 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Cored & minced tart cooking apples
  • 2 c. Minced pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Whipped cream, flavored and sweetened for topping

  3. Beat the Large eggs in electric mixer till very frothy and lemon-colored. Add in other ingredients, except the whipped cream, in above order. Pour into two well-buttered baking dishes about 8X12 inches. Bake in 325 oven about 45 min or possibly till crusty and brown. To serve, scoop up with pancake turner
  4. (keeping crusty part on top), pile on a large plate, and cover with whipped cream and a sprinkling of the minced nuts, or possibly make individual servings.
