Ingredientes

  • 15 ounce Chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 c. Onion, minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Direcciones

  1. Drain the chick peas, reserving 1/2 c. of the liquid. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Process till smooth, adding the reserved liquid if needed to thin the mix.
  2. Chill for several hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
