Receta Hunan Veg Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Veggies (Button mushroom, Brown mushroom, Baby corn, Tofu, Broccoli )
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Finely chopped ginger
- 1-2 no's Red chillies, crushed
- 4 Tbsp Red chilli paste
- 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp White Pepper powder
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Green onions (white and green)
- 1/2 Tbsp Corn flour paste (optional)
Instructions
Heat the pan over high flame and add oil. Add finely chopped ginger and finely chopped garlic and chopped red chilli and give a quick stir for a minute.
Then add the Onions and veggies, that would take time to cook first and so on. Keep stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes. They must be crunchy and partially cooked.
Then add red chilli paste, soya sauce, vinegar and corn flour paste (if using). Toss to combine well and finally white pepper powder, some green onions and salt.
