Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter Or possibly Margarine
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Cake Flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Baking Pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, *see note
  • 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Minced Pecans
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Use none if using salted butter.
  2. Cream butter and sugar, add in Large eggs. Add in vanilla. Mix in lowfat sour cream. Sift dry ingredients together. Add in to lowfat sour cream mix. Combine remaining ingredients, place 1/2 batter in well greased tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping over batter. Add in remaiing batter, sprinkle remaining topping. Bake one hour at 350
