Ingredientes

  • 5 1/2 c. Flour -- 5.5 to 6 c.
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 lb butter cut in small cubes
  • 2 x egg yolks
  • 3 stk margarine cut in small cubes
  • 1 x egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking pwdr; cut in margarine and butter.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigeratedough. Roll thin and cut into circles (biscuit size/3"). Put filling in middle. Fold over and healthy pinch edges together tightly. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for 9-10 min. Sift powdered sugar over top.
  3. NOTES: Canned apricot filling OK but not as good as homemade. Janet
