- In large saucepan, heat butter and saute/fry the onion along with paprika, dill weed, salt and pepper till the onion is tender. Whisk in the flour and then the lowfat milk and the water. Add in the mushrooms and bring almost to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce, lemon juice, lowfat sour cream and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
