Ingredientes

  • 3 x Cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 c. Boiling water
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
  • 2 c. Cottage cheese
  • 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt (16-ounce.) mediun noodles,, cooked - liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded Paprika

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, dissolve bouillon in water. Add in the next six ingredients; mix well. Stir in cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream and noodles and mix well. Pour into a greased 2-1/2-quart. baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till heated through.
  2. Yield: Serves 8 - 10.
