.%20I%20am%20writing%20to%20explain%20why%20this%20blog%20post%20isn't%20all%20that%20inspired.%20I%20don't%20know%20why%20I%20have%20to%20explain%20to%20you%20either%20since%20I%20don't%20know%20who%20%22you%22%20are.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhew.%20Ok.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20this%20Soba%20Noodle%20dish.%20Buckwheat%20Noodles%20with%20Green%20Beans%20&%20Toasted%20Sesame-Lime%20Vinaigrette.%20It%20was%20right%20up%20my%20alley.%20I%20got%20it%20on%20Pinterest%20from%20Farm%20+%20House%20+%20Table%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20really%20is%20easy%20and%20calls%20for%20adding%20a%20protein%20which%20I%20didn't%20do%20since%20I%20was%20using%20it%20on%20the%20side%20to%20go%20along%20with%20salmon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWild%20Sockeye%20Salmon%20is%20one%20of%20the%20things%20that%20I%20miss%20in%20CA.%20Along%20with%20oysters%20from%20Hog%20Island,%20Crab%20(not%20the%20stupid%20little%20blue%20kind)%20I%20want%20Dungeness%20crab.%20Damnit.%20Oranges%20and%20Lemons%20and%20limes%20that%20don't%20cost%20as%20much%20as%20meat.%20When%20the%20dog%20bites...when%20the%20bee%20stings....when%20I'm%20feeling%20sad.%20Shut%20up,%20I%20don't%20know%20why%20I%20wrote%20that.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHowever,%20I%20paid%20the%20price%20and%20got%20a%20taste%20of%20home.%20I%20don't%20wanna%20hear%20local%20schmocal.%20I%20am%20homesick.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20miss%20my%20little%20guy.%20Luckily%20we%20Skype%20almost%20every%20night%20and%20he%20brightens%20up%20my%20whole%20day.%20Grammy%20will%20be%20there%20soon%20P-man.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBuckwheat%20Noodles%20with%20Green%20Beans%20&%20Toasted%20Sesame-Lime%20Vinaigrette%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20dressing.%20Place%20lime%20juice,%20fish%20sauce,%20chile%20sauce,%20sugar%20and%20tamari%20in%20a%20small%20bowl.%20Whisk%20in%20sesame%20oil%20until%20well%20blended.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20all%20salad%20ingredients%20together%20in%20a%20large%20bowl,%20reserving%20a%20small%20amount%20of%20peanuts%20and%20cilantro%20for%20garnish.%20Add%20dressing,%20toss%20well,%20garnish%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
