I-Tal Omelette

Ingredientes

  • 4 green bananas
  • 1 medium onion
  • !/2 pt water
  • 1 tbs wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2-3 tbs coconut or peanut oil

Direcciones

  1. Slice the ends off the bananas and cut them in half crossways.
  2. Use a knife to slit through the skin to the flesh along the length of each banana half.
  3. Take off the skin using your fingers.
  4. Place the bananas in an electric blender and blend until smooth adding the water a little at a time.
  5. In a bowl, mix the bananas with the peeled and finely chopped onion.
  6. Stir in the wholewheat flour and nutmeg.
  7. Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in the banana mixture and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Divide into porrtions and serve.
