- Heirloom Strawberry-Rosemary Preserves
- (Makes about 2 half-pint jars)
- 1 pound of strawberries
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh or bottled
- Prep: Wash strawberries under cold running water; drain. Remove stems and caps from strawberries
