  • 2/3 c. Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 6 c. Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 1 gal Vanilla Ice Cream Freshly Whipped Creme for garnish, (optional) Fresh Strawberries for garnish, (optional)

  3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the chocolate chips and peanut butter till creamy and smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, pour the melted mix over the cereal and combine. Spread the chocolate cereal on a cookie sheet and cold. When hard, break up the cereal mix into small pcs.
  5. Soften the ice cream and mix in all but 1 c. of the cereal mix.
  6. Spread the soft ice cream into a 10-inch springform pan.
  7. Use remaining cereal mix to make decorative topping, then freeze till hard. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries, if you like. Release the side of the springform pan, slice, and serve.
