Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Pillsbury self-rising flour .or possibly regular flour and add in 1 .Tbsp baking pwdr and 1 .tsp salt
  • 2 c. Very soft vanilla ice cream
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil

Direcciones

  1. Measure flour and ice cream into mixing bowl. Mix only till dry ingredients are moistened. Fill well greased muffin c. three-fourths full. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 min till golden.
  2. Note:You may vary the flavor of ice cream and create different flavored muffins.
  3. For variation, add in 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. minced nuts in batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
