Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (3.4-ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Whipped topping
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 48 x Graham cracker squares

Direcciones

  1. Mix pudding and lowfat milk according to package directions and chill till set. Mix in whipped topping and chocolate chips. Place 24 graham crackers (break crackers in half only) on a baking sheet; top each with about 3 Tbsp. of the filling. Place another graham craker (another half) on top. Freeze for 1 hour or possibly till hard. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; freeze. Serve sandwiches frzn.
  2. Yield: 2 dozen.
