Ingredientes

  • 2 x Mashed large ripe (but not brown) bananas, totalling approx 400g
  • 1/2 c. Caster sugar (superfine sugar)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 ct (300ml) chilled cream, beaten thick

  3. Simple, attractive, delicious and refreshing. Sprinkle bananas with sugar and lemon juice. Fold into cream. Freeze, covered, in 6-8 small pots or possibly 2 ice cream trays for at least 4 hrs. Serve from freezer.
