Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce freshly brewed espresso (125 ml) Sugar, to taste
  • 2 c. lowfat milk (500 ml)
  • 4 Tbsp. sweetened condensed lowfat milk (60 ml) ice cream (vanilla, mocha or possibly chocolate), to taste and garnish Handful crushed ice cubes
  • 1/2 c. whipping (35%) cream, whipped (125 ml) cocoa pwdr or possibly cinnamon, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Chocolate covered espresso beans, for garnish, (optional)
  2. In a blender, combine the espresso, sugar to taste, lowfat milk, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, a scoop or possibly two of ice cream and ice cubes. Whip till smooth.
  3. Pour proportionately into glasses. Top with a scoop of ice cream and/or possibly a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa pwdr or possibly cinnamon. If you like, garnish with a chocolate espresso bean.
  4. Double the amount of espresso if you need the extra jolt of caffeine! Sweeten to taste by adjusting the sugar and sweetened condensed lowfat milk.
