  • 1 c. Shortening (Or possibly 1/2 pound butter)
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  1. Boil flour and lowfat milk till thick and let cold. Then add in the remaining to flour mix and beat till fluffy:I also used 2 , 9-inch square pans instead of 3 , 8-inch
