Ingredientes

  • 4 x ikan kembung
  • 5 stalk lemon grass
  • 2 med -size onions
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric pwdr
  • 3 x pips garlic
  • 1 x santan from 1 grated coconut (coconut lowfat milk extracted with no water added)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 x salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Percik sauce:HEAT the wok. Add in coconut lowfat milk. When it starts to boil, add in the pounded ingredients. Continue stirring till the sauce is thick and fragrant. Season to taste with sugar and salt.
  2. Grill ikan kembung till done. Spoon the sauce over the fish and serve with white rice.
