Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
  • 1/2 c. Chicken broth Salt & pepper, to taste Garlic pwdr, to taste
  • 1 slc Ginger, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pch MSG (optional)
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch (rounded)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients & mix well. MSG is controversial & shouldn't be.
  2. It's used as a flavor enhancer for foods which have little inherent flavor.
  3. The trick is not to use too much, only a dash.
