Impossible Caramel Custard Pie

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter melted
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Brown sugar firmly Packed
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. Flaked coconut (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender; blend at high speed for 15 seconds or possibly till smooth.
  2. Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle coconut on top, if you like. Bake at 350^ for 40 to 45 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold completely before cutting.
  3. YIELD: 110-inch pie.
  4. custardy filling with a cakey top.
