Impossible Chicken Parmigiana Pie

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. creamed cottage cheese, (small curd)
  • 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil
  • 1 can tomato paste, (6 ounce.)
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2 inch.
  2. Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate.
  3. Mix chicken, 1/2 c. of the mozzarella cheese, the garlic pwdr, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over parmesan cheese.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 sec. or possibly with hand beater 1 minutes or possibly till smooth.
  5. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes. longer or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 minutes.
