Impossible Chocolate Nut Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 x One oz Chocolate -- melted, cooled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 1 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 c. Minced pecans Whipped topping or possibly whipped Cream Squares unsweetened

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 10" pie pan. Beat in blender for 1 minute: lowfat milk, Large eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla, margarine, brown sugar and baking mix.
  2. Pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with minced pecans. Bake at 350 F. for 30 min or possibly till set. Serve with whipped cream.
