Impossible Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 2/3 c. Warm water

Direcciones

  1. Mix Bisquick, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. cocoa pwdr. Stir in lowfat milk and vanilla till blended. Put into greased 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle remaining cocoa pwdr and sugar over top and gently pour warm water over top. Don't STIR!
  2. Bake 40 mins. or possibly till top is hard. Dust lightly with icing sugar if you like. Spoon into dessert bowls while still warm. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
  3. I will try adding walnuts next time I make it.
