Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can (3 1/2 ounce) coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 T butter, softened

Direcciones

  1. Put together all ingredients and pour into 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min till custard sets. Like magic it layers into crust, custard, coconut topping. Cool.
