Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. green onion, minced
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. celerly, minced
  • 1 lb crawfish tails salt and pepper
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c. swiss cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. In a small skillet saute/fry onion, garlic and celery till clear. Add in crawfish, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 min.
  2. Grease pie plate. Add in crawfish mix.
  3. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk for 1 minute. Add in Bisquick, beat well.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of crawfish and pour Bisquick mix into pie plate.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Cold for 5 min. Serve hot.
