Ingredientes

  • 6 c. Apples tart, slice/pare
  • 1 1/4 tsp Cinnamon grnd
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg grnd
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter softene
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick or possibly baking mix
  • 1 c. Bisquick or possibly baking mix
  • 1/2 c. Nuts minced
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar packed
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter hard

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Grease pie plate, 10"x1 1/2". Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except for Streusel until smooth; 15 seconds in blender or possibly 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 55-65 min; cold. STREUSEL: Mix 1 c. Bisquick, 1/2 c. minced nuts, 1/3 c. packed brown sugar and 3 Tbsp hard margarine or possibly butter until crumbly.
