Ingredientes

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 1/4 ounce taco seasoning mix
  • 4 ounce green chiles liquid removed, seeded and minced
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. bisquick baking mix
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches.
  2. Cook and stir grnd beef and onion till beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix
  3. Spread beef mix in pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or possibly l minute with hand beater.
  5. Pour into pie plate. Bake till golden and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out cleans 25 to 30 min.
  6. Let stand 5 min before cutting. Chill any remaining pie. 6 to 8 servings.
  7. High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet): Bake about 30 min.
