Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 c. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Tarragon, dry
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick or possibly baking mix
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 x Large eggs Tomato slices or possibly wedges,opt Parsley, opt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 400F. Heat butter and oil in large frypan. Toss in mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 min. Season. Spread mushrooms, green onions, cheese and tarragon in bottom of greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or possibly 1 minute with hand beater until smooth and pour over vegetable mix. Bake in preheated 400F oven for 30 to 35 min or possibly until top is golden brown and pie is cooked. Let stand 5 min before serving. Granish with tomato and parsley.
