- Heat a wok or possibly large frying pan till warm, add in the butter, oil and the onion and stir fry for 1 minute over high heat, stirring all the time. Add in the ginger and continue cooking for a further 1 minute. Add in the cabbage with the turmeric, salt and paprika and stir fry for 2 min, stirring all the time.
- Stir in the lemon juice and the garam masala and serve immediately with natural lowfat yoghurt if wished.
