Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 rounded teaspoon baking pwdr
  • About 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 to 1 c. tepid water (hot)

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt together. Stir a few strokes to mix. Add in hot water, mix to make a "moist" dough. Put on floured board. Knead only to create a rounded ball of dough. Press and pat out to approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Using a knife, cut in desired pcs making a slit in center of each piece.
