Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely diced ham
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely diced chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely diced green onions
  • 1/4 c. Warm curry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs with cream. In skillet, heat butter. Add in ham, chicken & green onions. Saute/fry till onions are tender. Add in Large eggs. Cook till hard sufficient to turn over. Flip over & cook 1 1/2-2 min. Mix in half. Place on plate. Pour sauce over omelette & sprinkle with tomatoes. Serve at once.
