Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp curry pwdr - (to 3 tspns)
  • 1 c. rice Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 6 x skinless chicken breast halves

Direcciones

  1. Mix curry and pepper. Rub over chicken. In 10-inch skillet, mix orange juice, rice, water, sugar, and mustard. Mix well.
  2. Arrange chicken on top of rice. Bring to boil. Cover; simmer 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Different and easy; add in a 1/2 c. of raisins or possibly currants for a change.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
