Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce. butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • healthy pinch saffron
  • 1 ounce. flour
  • stock

Direcciones

  1. Heat together in a sauce pan two ounces of butter, curry pwdr, a little saffron, one oz of flour.
  2. Moisten with stock, allow to reduce for a quarter of an hour. Strain through a sieve. A good curry pwdr, obtainable from dealers in exotics, contains coriander, cumin, black pepper, ginger, Cayenne pepper, cardamon and mustard.
