Ingredientes

  • 4 x , 6 oz Sea bass, fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, virgin
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher (coarse) salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine marinade ingredients.
  2. Cover fish with marinade and chill for 30 min.
  3. Remove from marinade and coat each side with oil.
  4. Grill over direct high heat for about 5-7 min TOTAL, turning once about halfway through.
