Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese, Fat Free
  • 5 Tbsp. Yogurt, Plain, Nonfat
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 pch Saffron
  • 1 pch Nutmeg
  • 1/8 c. Almonds, Minced
  • 1/8 c. Pistachio Nuts, Minced

Direcciones

  1. Set out cream cheese ahead, so which it will be at room temperature. With a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese till it is creamy and lump-free. Add in all remaining ingredients except the nuts. Mix well. Mix should be smooth and creamy You can change the thickness/thinness by varying the amount of yogurt (thinner) and cream cheese(thicker). Garnish with the nuts and chill. Serve with roti.
