Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Acorn squash (cubed)
  • 2 tsp Margarine
  • 1 tsp Orange rind
  • 1/4 c. Orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar replacement

Direcciones

  1. Cook squash in small amount of boiling water till crisp-tender; drain. Heat margarine in saucepan. Add in orange rind, juice and sugar replacement. Cook over low heat till sugar is dissolved. Add in squash; cover. Continue cooking till squash is tender. 1 serving = 1 bread,
