Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Beef, grnd, lean, broiled Or possibly
  • 12 ounce Turkey, grnd, cooked
  • 4 c. Tomatoes, plum Italian (canned, reserve liquid) seeded and minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Bell pepper, green, minced
  • 1 c. Onions, minced
  • 1 c. Celery, minced
  • 6 ounce Beans, Kidney red cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dry
  • 3/4 tsp Chili Pwdr
  • 3 c. Rice, long grain, cooked
  • 2 1/4 ounce Cheese, Cheddar, shredded
  • 18 x Olives, Black, large pitted

Direcciones

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except rice, cheese, and olives. Cover and simmer over low heat 25 min. Stir in rice; heat through. Divide chili among 6 individual serving dishes; top each with equal amounts of cheese and sliced olives.
