Individual Chocolate Raspberry Flourless Cakes

Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 12 ounce Butter, unsalted
  • 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate, minced
  • 5 x Large eggs, large
  • 5 x Egg yolks, large
  • 4 Tbsp. Framboise liqueur

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium pan, combine sugar, water and butter. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add in chocolate, stir till melted and smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine Large eggs and egg yolks and beat to mix well. Slowly add in chocolate mix and framboise and mix well. Pour into greased molds and bake for 6 to8 min. Remove from oven and let stand a few min. Invert onto serving plates and garnish with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
