Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple, (8oz) liquid removed
  • 1 x Banana, diced Red food coloring
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 can Pitted Bing cherries, (16oz) liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Combine lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, pineapple, banana, and sufficient food coloring to tint mix pink. Lightly mix in nuts and cherries. Spoon into fluted paper muffin c. that have been placed in muffin tins. Freeze solid. Remove from muffin tins and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Store in freezer. Thaw about 15 min before serving time.
  2. Serves 12 To serve,peel off paper cuup and place on lettuce leaf. Garnish with a cherry.
