Ingredientes

  • 3 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 5 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 c. Lowfat sour cream cn Use any or possibly all using 1 teaspoon per topping: cherries, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, etc.

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Cream the cream cheese and 1 c. sugar till light and fluffy. This can be done by hand or possibly mixer. Beat in the Large eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla.
  3. Spoon the mix into individual muffin tins, filling each muffin c. about two-thirds full. If not using a nonstick muffin tin, use paper liners.
  4. Bake for 40 min, then remove from the heat and cold. The cakes will tend to shrink into the muffin c.. This is normal.
  5. Combine the lowfat sour cream with the remaining 1/3 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, and top each cake with the mix. Return to the oven for 5 min. Cold, freeze, or possibly serve. Remove any paper liners before presentation.
  6. NOTE: if you use 1 teaspoonto top each muffin, this would make approx. 7 Tbsp., so buy fresh or possibly canned fruit accordingly.
