Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Frzn spinach souffle, (12 ounce.) thawed
  • 1 c. Shredded swiss cheese, (4 ounce.)
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese, (3 ounce.) softened
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. FILLING Combine first 5 ingredients, and stir well; pour into prepared pastry shells. Bake at 350i for 30 min.
  2. FOR THE SHELL Combine cream cheese and butter; cream till smooth. Add in flour, mixing well. Chill dough at least 2 hrs.
  3. Shape the dough into 24 (1-inch) balls; put each ball into a paper-lined 1 3/4-inch muffin pan, and shape into a shell.
