Indoors Smoked Pork Tenderloin

Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 2 lrg Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp Black pepper, crushed
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Wood chips for smoking, soaked in water

Direcciones

  1. Bring pork to room temperature and season with garlic, pepper, thyme and salt. Place liquid removed wood chips at bottom of grate, place pork on rack above wood chips and cover. Cook for 45-55 min at 375 degrees, to an internal temperature of 155 degrees. Remove from heat and slice on an angle for service.
  2. NOTES : Any hardwood or possibly fruitwood will add in flavor to this dish.
